Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform nursing tasks and responsibilities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in nursing or related field.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in assisted living or long-term care.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
