Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform nursing tasks and responsibilities under the direction of the Registered Nurse in an assisted living facility.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification and active licensure required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to perform nursing tasks and responsibilities in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Experience in documenting patient care and maintaining accurate records.
