- Utilize procurement systems and tools to streamline purchasing processes and track inventory effectively.
- Support audit reporting and financial reconciliation efforts in collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams.
- Promote adherence to best practices in procurement, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify and evaluate vendors for IT hardware, software, and services based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and manage renewals to secure optimal terms and pricing.
- Analyze spending patterns and ensure adherence to approved budgets and procurement policies.
- Monitor supplier performance, conducting regular business reviews to ensure service excellence.
- Maintain procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with Vendor Management Office and contract review attorneys on contract amendments and negotiations.
- Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system for tracking purchases and inventory management.
- Support lifecycle workflow management, including lease schedules and capital asset reporting.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable for invoice processing and vendor payment inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of five years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or technology sourcing.
- Proficiency in procurement systems, data analytics tools, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, cloud services, and industry trends.
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
