Job Description

Overview

  • The Associate – Fundraising Management role supports investor outreach and ensures effective communication across teams.
  • Collaborates with Client Relationship Managers to facilitate seamless fundraising processes and investor engagement.
  • Manages data rooms, updates marketing materials, and maintains accurate fundraising records.
  • Develops a comprehensive understanding of the firm's strategies and operations.
  • Coordinates investor due diligence processes, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
  • Supports the preparation of investment materials, RFPs, RFIs, and pitch decks.
  • Creates detailed investor profiles for effective engagement strategies.
  • Provides critical support in streamlining investor outreach and onboarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare investment and operational due diligence materials.
  • Conduct debriefs post-investor meetings to gather information and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Manage and update data rooms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral and firm-wide statistics regularly.
  • Develop and maintain detailed investor profiles for strategic engagement.
  • Coordinate communication between fundraising, compliance, and client service teams.
  • Assist in reporting and tracking fundraising pipelines effectively.
  • Support CRM team in investor outreach and onboarding processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising or client relationship management.
  • Preferred 4 years of experience in asset management or related industry.
  • Proficiency in managing data rooms and marketing collateral.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and develop comprehensive investor profiles.
  • Knowledge of compliance and due diligence processes in fundraising activities.
