Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Business-IT Liaison to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to design user-centric, efficient solutions.
  • Develop and manage test plans and test cases to ensure quality assurance.
  • Document workflows, processes, and system interactions for clarity and tracking.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor project progress and metrics.
  • Support development teams in troubleshooting and refining features.
  • Contribute to the creation of intuitive solutions through UX/UI collaboration.
  • Engage in user acceptance and system integration testing to validate solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as the primary interface between business units and IT teams during development.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates between stakeholders and developers.
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing and system integration testing.
  • Create and manage test data for diverse testing scenarios.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Provide feedback on prototypes and wireframes to enhance usability.
  • Document business processes and maintain detailed testing records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst or QA analyst role.
  • Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and using testing tools.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and clinical healthcare environments preferred.
  • Background in UX/UI collaboration or design thinking is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional team meetings as needed.
