Overview
- Serve as a Business-IT Liaison to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.

- Document workflows, processes, and system interactions for clarity and tracking.

- Engage in user acceptance and system integration testing to validate solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Act as the primary interface between business units and IT teams during development.

- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing and system integration testing.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst or QA analyst role.
- Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and using testing tools.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and clinical healthcare environments preferred.
- Background in UX/UI collaboration or design thinking is a plus.
