Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed interior design plans and presentations for high-end workplace projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential project information.
• Select and specify materials, furniture, and finishes that align with project goals.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing their feedback effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Art in Interior Design or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in workplace projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hybrid work arrangements and collaboration tools is preferred.
