Job Description

Overview

  • Lead investor relations efforts, ensuring effective communication and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client engagement strategies.
  • Prepare and present materials for client meetings, investor presentations, and due diligence activities.
  • Manage investor databases and CRM systems to maintain accurate records and schedules.
  • Respond to investor inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs with precision and professionalism.
  • Support the improvement of internal processes to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment while working independently on assigned tasks.
  • Engage with financial markets and performance metrics to provide insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate client reporting and communication across portfolio management, risk, finance, and compliance teams.
  • Develop and assemble materials for client meetings, presentations, and investor communications.
  • Organize investor on-site visits and due diligence processes, including questionnaire completion.
  • Respond to investor RFIs and RFPs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and investor databases to ensure data accuracy.
  • Report firm performance metrics to investor databases and stakeholders.
  • Enhance internal processes to improve efficiency and client service delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of investor relations strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations or a related role.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience in commodities, derivatives, or financial markets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with CRM systems and performance reporting metrics in finance.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
