Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a key member of the Communications team, supporting strategic and tactical initiatives across media, internal communications, content, and reputation management.
  • Draft, edit, and produce external communications including press releases, articles, website content, and social media posts.
  • Assist in media relations by tracking opportunities, preparing media materials, and coordinating outreach efforts.
  • Support internal communications through newsletters, team updates, intranet content, and leadership messaging.
  • Monitor media sentiment and share of voice, creating dashboards and briefings for analysis.
  • Coordinate with design partners and agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
  • Prepare talking points, slide decks, and presentations for senior leadership and special events.
  • Contribute to special projects such as webinars, roundtables, and company events.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate branding and messaging consistency with design partners and agencies.
  • Prepare talking points and presentations for leadership and special events.
  • Contribute to event planning and execution, including webinars and company gatherings.
  • Compile post-mortem reports and recommendations for communications projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with 2–12 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, media, or content roles.
  • Proficiency in writing and editing with the ability to craft concise, audience-appropriate messaging.
  • Familiarity with media relations practices and the media landscape, particularly in finance or asset management.
  • Experience in internal communications and employee engagement content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication platforms.
  • Experience in financial services, alternative investments, or asset management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and digital content platforms.
