Overview
- Serve as a key member of the Communications team, supporting strategic and tactical initiatives across media, internal communications, content, and reputation management.
- Draft, edit, and produce external communications including press releases, articles, website content, and social media posts.
- Assist in media relations by tracking opportunities, preparing media materials, and coordinating outreach efforts.
- Support internal communications through newsletters, team updates, intranet content, and leadership messaging.
- Monitor media sentiment and share of voice, creating dashboards and briefings for analysis.
- Coordinate with design partners and agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
- Prepare talking points, slide decks, and presentations for senior leadership and special events.
- Contribute to special projects such as webinars, roundtables, and company events.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with 2–12 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, media, or content roles.
- Proficiency in writing and editing with the ability to craft concise, audience-appropriate messaging.
- Familiarity with media relations practices and the media landscape, particularly in finance or asset management.
- Experience in internal communications and employee engagement content creation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication platforms.
- Experience in financial services, alternative investments, or asset management is preferred.
