POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare 360 Full Desk Recruiter (Chicago) to join our dynamic healthcare recruiting division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to specialize in staffing for hospitals, clinical, allied health, and leadership roles within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team, leveraging cutting-edge technology and resources to drive recruitment success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for healthcare and clinical professionals across various roles and specialties.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare clients and candidates to meet staffing needs effectively.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, allied health, and leadership roles within the healthcare sector.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to build a robust network of candidates.
  • Analyze staffing trends and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies and solutions.
  • Drive revenue by negotiating contracts, securing staffing agreements, and expanding service offerings.
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications for healthcare resumes to match candidates with suitable roles.
  • Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences recruitment, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of healthcare industry roles, skills, and companies to facilitate effective recruiting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-driven work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to dynamic recruitment challenges.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive and innovative organizational culture.
