POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for an IT/Technical 360 Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing team in North Carolina. This position focuses on IT staffing and recruiting, offering an exciting opportunity to engage with MSPs and Fortune 500 companies, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and industry trends, eager to advance their career in IT recruitment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and engage with IT professionals and clients to fulfill staffing needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Analyze staffing trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
  • Drive revenue by negotiating contracts, securing staffing agreements, and expanding service offerings.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry-specific products, trends, and recruitment strategies.
  • Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
  • Collect and analyze data to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to assess new hiring needs and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience; 4 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the tech industry, including relevant skills and companies.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and follow-ups to build client relationships.
  • Ability to maintain ethical standards and professionalism in recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
