POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services BD or 360 Recruiter (Full Desk) to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia. This role focuses on professional services recruitment, including executive assistants, HR, marketing, sales, and legal support roles. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, eager to learn, and possesses a strong understanding of workforce solutions in professional services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for professional services roles, including executive assistants, HR, marketing, and legal support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates across various professional levels and industries.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
  • Analyze and parse resumes to match specialized skills and qualifications with client needs.
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify and address hiring needs and goals.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
  • Participate in networking events and professional associations to expand candidate pools.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of professional services industries and workforce solutions.
  • Demonstrated drive for success and continuous learning.
