Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform systemic assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for CVICU patients, ensuring high-quality care.
- Manage patient populations including CT surgery, endovascular repairs, and CABG/Valves.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
- Provide in-hospital follow-up and management throughout the disease process.
- Participate in rotating weekend and holiday shifts to ensure continuous patient care.
- Engage in training and utilization of advanced medical devices for patient management.
- Adhere to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards of care.

Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with AGACNP certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care (ICU) as RN or NP; 3 years preferred.
- Experience managing heart failure populations in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.
