Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis function within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and oversee self-service tools for finance and operational reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of financial reports and dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data quality.
  • Evaluate and implement advanced analytics tools, including AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize data architecture and integration.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead a team of four, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee financial and operational reporting for leadership and practice groups.
  • Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and visualization tools.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools for predictive insights and automation.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and optimize data integration.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
  • Drive improvements in reporting processes for scalability and consistency.
  • Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies for analytics enhancement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably 9 years.
  • Proven management experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools, including Power BI and analytics software.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and data visualization techniques.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional office presence.
