Overview

  • Lead tax compliance and planning initiatives within a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to tax regulations.
  • Provide strategic tax advice to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage tax reporting processes and ensure accuracy in documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee tax compliance processes, including preparation and review of returns.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure timely filing of all tax documents and payments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management; 9 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax software and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • CPA certification is highly desirable.
