Job Description

Overview

  • Lead financial operations and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting systems and processes.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support organizational decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage annual audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies and budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax preparation and filing processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
