Job Description

Overview

  • Support the operations team in managing Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) processes and tasks.
  • Perform daily operational tasks, including reconciliations, system updates, and generating reports.
  • Collaborate on monthly and quarterly reporting processes for CLOs.
  • Assist with closing processes, effective date procedures, and payment reconciliations.
  • Analyze and compile data for operational and analytical projects.
  • Ensure accurate asset attributes in systems and liaise with trustees and WSO.
  • Participate in team projects and address ad-hoc requests effectively.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform reconciliations, system maintenance, and daily reporting tasks for CLO operations.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in closing processes, effective date procedures, and payment reconciliations.
  • Compile and analyze data for operational projects and reporting purposes.
  • Update and verify asset attributes in the system, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Process and submit daily amendments and approvals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc requests and special projects.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CLO operations; 5 years preferred.
  • Knowledge of WSO and Black Mountain Everest systems is advantageous.
  • Understanding of indentures and financial documentation is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to operational excellence.
