Job Description
Overview
- Support the operations team in managing Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) processes and tasks.
- Perform daily operational tasks, including reconciliations, system updates, and generating reports.
- Collaborate on monthly and quarterly reporting processes for CLOs.
- Assist with closing processes, effective date procedures, and payment reconciliations.
- Analyze and compile data for operational and analytical projects.
- Ensure accurate asset attributes in systems and liaise with trustees and WSO.
- Participate in team projects and address ad-hoc requests effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform reconciliations, system maintenance, and daily reporting tasks for CLO operations.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in closing processes, effective date procedures, and payment reconciliations.
- Compile and analyze data for operational projects and reporting purposes.
- Update and verify asset attributes in the system, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Process and submit daily amendments and approvals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc requests and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CLO operations; 5 years preferred.
- Knowledge of WSO and Black Mountain Everest systems is advantageous.
- Understanding of indentures and financial documentation is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
