Overview

  • Provide administrative support for initiatives within a mission-driven organization, ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders and committees.
  • Engage in program management and fundraising activities, contributing to organizational goals and objectives.
  • Offer customer service excellence, addressing inquiries and maintaining professional interactions with board members and high-level committees.
  • Utilize Salesforce for data management and reporting, with training provided as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables effectively.
  • Maintain a hybrid work schedule, balancing in-office and remote work for optimal productivity.
  • Contribute to the organization's social responsibility initiatives and mission-driven activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage initiatives and award follow-ups, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including board members and committees, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in fundraising efforts, leveraging quantifiable experience to support organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a focus on relevant fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, with 5 years preferred, in administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred; training will be provided for candidates without extensive experience.
