Job Description

Overview

  • Support program operations by performing administrative tasks and coordinating activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in managing schedules, documentation, and communication for program staff and stakeholders.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and program activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to address challenges and optimize program delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program initiatives and improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support program goals.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate program activities and maintain schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence related to program functions.
  • Support program staff by providing administrative assistance and resolving logistical issues.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or program support roles.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in similar positions for enhanced proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage program activities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools for documentation and scheduling.
