Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.

• Coordinate with project managers and architects to resolve construction challenges.
• Manage procurement and inventory of materials required for construction projects.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Lead team meetings to align on project goals and updates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction; 7 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing healthcare, education, industrial, and office projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for team and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license for site visits and coordination.
