  • Lead tax operations and client relationships as a Tax Partner in a growing firm.
  • Manage a personal book of business and oversee tax return reviews and signings.
  • Contribute to firm growth by accepting new business opportunities and expanding client services.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and grow a personal book of business within the firm.
  • Review and sign tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to provide tailored tax solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client needs and expand service offerings.
  • Conduct real estate audits for small residential clients as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in tax operations, preferably in a smaller firm.
  • Proven expertise in managing client relationships and tax return reviews.
  • Experience with real estate audits for small residential clients is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work on-site and maintain a balanced work schedule.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a collaborative approach to team management.
