Overview

  • Lead construction projects for high-end restaurants and luxury retail spaces, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with a team of 40-45 professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Manage negotiated projects with tight estimates and excellent margins, avoiding hard bids.
  • Oversee tenant buildouts for Class A & B spaces, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all project phases.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by maintaining excellent relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Supervise field operations and office staff to ensure seamless project management.
  • Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to maintain quality standards.
  • Develop accurate project estimates and manage resources effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of tenant buildouts for Class A & B spaces.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
