Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap, setting priorities and driving adoption.
• Build scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure from the ground up.
• Manage and enhance observability tools like Datadog and Sentry for effective monitoring.
• Collaborate with product engineers to develop advanced developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance for government and regulated environments.
• Lead and mentor a small team while maintaining hands-on technical contributions.
• Implement scaling and load testing strategies for expanding system capabilities.
• Develop isolated hosting environments to meet compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure or DevOps engineering.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure tools like AWS or GCP, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in high-compliance environments such as government, healthcare, or finance.
• Strong background in observability and monitoring tools like Datadog and Sentry.
• Proven ability to lead projects, teams, or complex infrastructure initiatives.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies is a plus.
• Excited to integrate AI-assisted coding and problem-solving tools into development processes.
