Overview

  • Contribute to a boutique team providing tailored portfolio and wealth advisory services to clients.
  • Engage in financial market analysis, alternative investments, and client literacy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to address complex client requests and issues.
  • Participate in client meetings, offering thoughtful suggestions and solutions.
  • Prepare and edit presentations for clients and marketing purposes.
  • Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Support internal reporting and analysis for client portfolios and investment managers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct portfolio analysis and execute projects related to investment management and wealth transfer.
  • Generate and edit presentations for client meetings and marketing purposes.
  • Prepare internal reports on clients, prospects, and investment managers.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to resolve client inquiries and issues.

Job Requirements
