Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee architectural designs for multifamily projects using Revit software.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and design teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, designs, and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation purposes.
  • Experience managing multifamily architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
