Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide substantial support in managing client onboarding events, including launches, terminations, and in-kind transfers.
- Independently manage events such as new brokers, market openings, and custody changes.
- Utilize proprietary systems and tools to ensure efficient workflow and accurate tracking.
- Track and reconcile team tools and communications to maintain operational integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Manage internal inquiries and provide timely resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and complete necessary documentation for account openings and event-related requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
- 2–5 years of experience in a client onboarding role within banking or investment management.
- Superior analytical and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder interactions.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Commitment to continual process enhancement and automation.
- Comfortable working in a team-based environment with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.
