Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate large account events by interacting with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Manage communication and expectations related to business pipeline updates and pending events across all organizational levels.
  • Track key milestones to ensure client expectations are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Leverage proprietary workflow and management tools to streamline onboarding processes.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Support and independently manage events such as launches, terminations, and strategy changes.
  • Introduce process improvements and efficiency enhancements to optimize operations.
  • Complete account opening and documentation requirements for various events.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide substantial support in managing client onboarding events, including launches, terminations, and in-kind transfers.
  • Independently manage events such as new brokers, market openings, and custody changes.
  • Utilize proprietary systems and tools to ensure efficient workflow and accurate tracking.
  • Track and reconcile team tools and communications to maintain operational integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Manage internal inquiries and provide timely resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and complete necessary documentation for account openings and event-related requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a client onboarding role within banking or investment management.
  • Superior analytical and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder interactions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Commitment to continual process enhancement and automation.
  • Comfortable working in a team-based environment with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.
