Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural designs and plans using Revit software, ensuring precision and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with interior designers and architects to create cohesive and innovative design solutions.
• Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on design progress.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project alignment with design specifications.
• Prepare detailed documentation and presentations for client review and approval.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation purposes.
• Experience in hospitality-focused architectural and interior design projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
