Project Manager

Overview

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with design and build teams to deliver exceptional light industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and outcomes.
• Manage procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing light industrial and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of design-build processes and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
