Procure-To-Pay Manager

Overview

• Lead transformation initiatives in procure-to-pay processes, enhancing efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and data workflows.
• Utilize advanced tools like SQL, Tableau, and AI to optimize reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents for system improvements.
• Support ICFR-compliant control environments and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Contribute to system deployment projects across finance platforms.
• Present actionable insights to senior leadership using dashboards and KPIs.
• Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Streamline Excel-based models and automate calculations for enhanced reporting.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities for efficiency.
• Apply AI prompting techniques to improve data workflows and automation.
• Collaborate on multi-year revenue projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and maintain documentation standards.
• Contribute to the deployment and implementation of financial systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance, systems, or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with system deployment and implementation projects.
• Knowledge of financial systems and process improvement methodologies.
• Exposure to AI tools and techniques for data analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
