Overview
- Support the Human Resources team in onboarding, leave administration, data management, and contractor coordination.
 - Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and terminated employees.
 - Facilitate completion of new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment processes.
 - Administer employee leaves, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
 - Maintain accurate employee data across systems and conduct regular audits.
 - Assist with year-end processes, including open enrollment and data version control.
 - Coordinate contractor onboarding, renewals, and offboarding processes.
 - Work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and onsite responsibilities.
 - Contribute to a collaborative and supportive HR team environment.
 
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate background checks and equipment needs for new hires.
 - Schedule onboarding sessions and act as backup for training.
 - Terminate employees in systems and manage equipment returns.
 - Explain leave processes and coordinate with payroll and departments.
 - Onboard contractors, manage renewals, and offboard as needed.
 - Maintain employee data accuracy and assist with audits and reports.
 - Support billing and invoice requests, collaborating with procurement teams.
 - Assist with open enrollment and year-end HR processes.
 - Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
 - Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR practices and onboarding.
 - Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 - High-level attention to detail and confidentiality.
 - Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
 - Exceptional communication skills for effective employee interaction.
 - Experience in managing sensitive data and conducting audits.
