Overview

  • Lead audit engagements within the technology and professional services industries, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide value-added insights during audit processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies within the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, accounting regulations, and emerging technologies impacting client industries.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure appropriate audit documentation and recommendations for internal controls.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site work arrangements for flexibility and productivity.
  • Engage in a collaborative and supportive team environment to achieve audit objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute audit procedures in accordance with professional standards and firm policies.
  • Identify and propose solutions to technical issues arising during audit engagements.
  • Assess and identify key audit risks, developing strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Apply knowledge of auditing standards and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and understand clients' business operations to provide tailored audit solutions.
  • Communicate progress and findings to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Utilize audit software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in audit processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in technology and professional services industries.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and identify unusual or inconsistent fluctuations.
