Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects, preferably automotive dealerships.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and construction standards.
