Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct radiologic imaging procedures ensuring high-quality results and patient comfort.
- Coordinate daily clinic operations including patient scheduling and staff assignments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Provide administrative support for clinic operations, including documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in imaging practices.
- Assist in training and mentoring clinic staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Participate in patient education regarding imaging procedures and clinic services.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent credentials.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiologic imaging; 2 years preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtainable upon hire.
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar healthcare management systems is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred for enhanced patient communication.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage clinic operations effectively.
