Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior operations and IT leadership roles, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and operational risk management.
  • Proven success in leading digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and data privacy regulations.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
