Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs for rehabilitation and recovery.
• Evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals and exercises.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with industry advancements.

Job Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required, with active or pending Texas PT licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong background in sports medicine and orthopedic settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment.
• Eligible for productivity-based bonuses after a 90-day probationary period.
