Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects ensuring adherence to federal standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain compliance with USACE/NAVFAC guidelines and EM385 safety standards.
  • Supervise on-site teams ensuring quality and efficiency in execution.
  • Develop project schedules and manage resources effectively.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee construction site activities ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit documentation required for federal compliance.
  • Train and mentor site personnel on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align site activities with overall project goals.
  • Manage site logistics and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision; 5 years preferred.
  • Knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC guidelines and EM385 safety standards.
  • Proven ability to manage on-site teams and deliver projects successfully.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with federal construction projects is highly desirable.
