Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in federal or government projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex construction projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work on-site and effectively manage teams and resources.
- Experience with ESOP programs is advantageous.
