Overview
- Manage a portfolio of publicly traded bank debt, including par, distressed, and LMA debt.
- Collaborate with trustees and accounting teams for compliance and position reporting.
- Perform asset servicing tasks such as security master maintenance and investment activity monitoring.
- Engage daily with asset managers, front office, and service providers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports for management and investor relations.
- Contribute to treasury operations and ensure accurate wire processing.
- Support operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain and oversee a portfolio of bank debt, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Perform weekly and monthly compliance reporting in collaboration with trustees.
- Monitor and book investment activities, ensuring adherence to credit agreements.
- Process wires and manage asset servicing tasks effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports for management and investor relations.
- Interact with asset managers and service providers to streamline operations.
- Utilize accounting concepts to enhance operational accuracy.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required.
- 3-4 years of loan servicing or agency experience essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office products.
- Understanding of public loan market and settlement processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
- Experience with Wall Street Office preferred.
