POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in IT opportunities across the northeast. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in recruiting, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships within the IT sector. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, knowledgeable about MSPs and Fortune 500 companies, and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage IT professionals to meet client staffing needs effectively.
- Analyze staffing trends and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
- Drive revenue by negotiating contracts and securing staffing agreements.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates throughout their careers.
- Maintain knowledge of industry-specific trends and products to inform recruitment strategies.
- Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
- Collect and analyze data to enhance hiring processes and outcomes.
- Coordinate with team leaders to assess and address new hiring needs and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience; 4 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the tech industry, including relevant skills and companies.
- Proven experience in cold calling and follow-up strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Ethical standards and a willingness to learn and grow within a team.
