Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients for seamless execution.
  • Manage on-site activities, including subcontractors and field staff coordination.
  • Oversee site logistics, scheduling, and sequencing to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain project documentation and daily reports using construction management software.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
  • Enforce safety standards and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and clients for effective communication.
  • Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Review project drawings and specifications to identify conflicts or improvements.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and site photos.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman in construction.
  • Proven ability to manage ground-up and renovation projects effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or Bluebeam.
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety management.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
