Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in the development and implementation of job architecture and compensation grade profiles.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and modeling for compensation programs, including budgets and pay trends.
- Participate in salary survey submissions and maintain employee and survey data.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely compensation deliverables.
- Evaluate jobs based on descriptions to determine proper slotting into salary structures.
- Create and maintain documentation supporting compensation decisions and actions.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy in compensation metrics.
- Educate HR staff on compensation policies and procedures to enhance organizational initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in compensation, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices, including FLSA regulations.
- Proficiency in Workday and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills.
- Exceptional analytical, evaluation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex administrative systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing contemporary compensation practices.
- Strong communication skills for presenting reports and analyses.
