Job Description

Overview

  • Provide on-site IT support for healthcare clients, ensuring reliable and efficient technology operations.
  • Resolve technical issues and emergencies, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with vendors to address hardware and software challenges effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, mobile devices, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex systems, including virtual environments and security hardening.
  • Document processes and maintain detailed records to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Participate in project planning and implementation, contributing to team development and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, adapting to client needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver excellent customer experience in all client interactions, resolving service tickets efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client emergencies, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist clients with technology design, installation, configuration, and usability improvements.
  • Perform advanced virus, malware, and ransomware mediation tasks.
  • Install and upgrade Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and manage virtual environments.
  • Provide professional server room cable management and backup issue resolution.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure adherence to defined processes and policies.
  • Mentor and coach team members, contributing to their technical and professional development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems engineering roles.
  • Preferred certifications include Network+, Server+, Windows Server 70-410, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Windows servers, Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, and Exchange Servers.
  • Knowledge of VMware, Citrix, VPN, and Terminal Services is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability in high-stress situations.
  • Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
