Overview
- Provide on-site IT support for healthcare clients, ensuring reliable and efficient technology operations.
- Resolve technical issues and emergencies, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors to address hardware and software challenges effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, mobile devices, servers, and networking equipment.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex systems, including virtual environments and security hardening.
- Document processes and maintain detailed records to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate in project planning and implementation, contributing to team development and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, adapting to client needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver excellent customer experience in all client interactions, resolving service tickets efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client emergencies, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist clients with technology design, installation, configuration, and usability improvements.
- Perform advanced virus, malware, and ransomware mediation tasks.
- Install and upgrade Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and manage virtual environments.
- Provide professional server room cable management and backup issue resolution.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure adherence to defined processes and policies.
- Mentor and coach team members, contributing to their technical and professional development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems engineering roles.
- Preferred certifications include Network+, Server+, Windows Server 70-410, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Windows servers, Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, and Exchange Servers.
- Knowledge of VMware, Citrix, VPN, and Terminal Services is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability in high-stress situations.
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
