Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop comprehensive interior design plans for luxury resort projects, ensuring functionality and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate interior designs seamlessly.
• Conduct site visits to assess spatial requirements and oversee design implementation.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections for approval.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality materials and furnishings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Art in Interior Design or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in luxury projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, and furnishings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactions.
