Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or statistics, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in investment performance, fixed income analytics, or investment operations.
- Advanced knowledge of asset classes, including bonds, equities, alternative investments, and derivatives.
- Proficiency in performance metrics, attribution, and industry systems like Aladdin, FactSet, and Eagle Performance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests while displaying intellectual curiosity and innovation.
