Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure project success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in construction management or related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Preferred 12 years of experience managing ground-up construction projects.
  • Proven expertise in managing projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ground-up Publix construction projects is a plus.
