  • Lead construction projects for ground-up retail developments, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones effectively.

  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery within constraints.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in ground-up retail construction projects, particularly grocery stores.
  • Associate degree in construction management or related field required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the Southeast region for project oversight.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
