Overview

  • Manage domestic and international accounts for a leading footwear company specializing in active and athletic brands.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in overseeing customer orders and transactions.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to verify and place overseas orders.
  • Track and follow through on client orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain detailed customer order reports for internal and external use.
  • Support sales initiatives with top-tier customers, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the company's dynamic growth and success.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee domestic and international customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and logistics departments to manage order placements and tracking.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on customer orders and sales activities.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support sales strategies and initiatives to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards and practices to optimize sales operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of operational sales management experience, preferably in retail or footwear.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with retail or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Blue Cherry software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experience in managing accounts and fostering client relationships effectively.
