Job Description

Overview

  • Manage construction projects ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for project execution.
  • Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Monitor resource allocation and resolve any project-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Supervise construction activities ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment for project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; additional certifications in construction management are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
