Estimator / Project Manager

Overview

• Manage estimation and project management tasks for diverse construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive bids and maintain project timelines.
• Oversee multifamily, cultural, and warehouse construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project schedules to support client requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all project phases.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards across all projects.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor progress.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize project plans and specifications.
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management and estimation.
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor, multifamily, cultural, and warehouse construction practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
