Overview
- Serve as a Personal Assistant to the Founder, managing daily schedules and correspondence remotely.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning with precision and discretion.
- Handle confidential information and maintain professional communication standards.
- Support the Founder in administrative tasks and project management activities.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations and workflow.
- Provide creative input and solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in organizing events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases for accessibility and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Preferred 15 years of experience in administrative support positions.
- Proficiency in remote work tools and technologies.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
