Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Personal Assistant to the Founder, managing daily schedules and correspondence remotely.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning with precision and discretion.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain professional communication standards.
  • Support the Founder in administrative tasks and project management activities.
  • Act as a liaison between the Founder and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations and workflow.
  • Provide creative input and solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in organizing events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases for accessibility and accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Preferred 15 years of experience in administrative support positions.
  • Proficiency in remote work tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information discreetly and professionally.
