Overview
- Serve as a temporary Project Manager to support executive leadership during maternity leave coverage.
- Collaborate closely with the President and Executive Assistant to manage strategic initiatives and workflows.
- Plan and execute projects across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities using project management tools.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Draft internal communications, reports, and presentations for leadership meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality and clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and track progress toward strategic goals.
- Prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and follow-up summaries for executive meetings.
- Plan, execute, and monitor cross-departmental projects using tools like Asana or Notion.
- Develop project timelines, assign responsibilities, and track deliverables effectively.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain clear communication channels across teams.
- Draft internal communications, reports, and presentations for leadership and board meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, meetings, and special events as needed.
- Support process improvement and documentation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, ideally in a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, operations, or executive support.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, or Asana.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Highly resourceful, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as start-ups or hospitality, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
